Ever since the movie the Little Mermaid, shows like H2O, and even the Disney Channel movie the Thirteenth Year kids have been fascinated with Mermaids and Mermen. If your kids love swimming and Merpeople as much as we do then buy them a custom made tail. Yet I would be a horrible Merperson if I didn't tell you all you need to know about becoming one of us.
- You have to be a strong swimmer. This means being comfortable with getting your face wet, having your legs together, & swimming underwater.
- Practice, practice, practice. Start with the Monofin first before putting your tail on. The Monofin is the rigid fin that keeps your feet together while you swim.
- If you're not sure about being a strong swimmer try a simple Monofin we do sell sets a beginner package to the advance. Our beginner package has just the fin which will slide off easily if you're not a strong swimmer to the advanced rigid Monofin which allows you to become more comfortable with the techniques of swimming.
